Our LGBT+ desk addresses issues that are still legally complex for members of the LGBTQIA+ community, such as (international) family law, marriage, adoption, surrogacy, divorce and discrimination in the workplace.
Are you married in The Netherlands, but unable to divorce in another country? Have you adopted a child? Do you own a business together and now wish to separate? We aim to address these issues specific to your situation as a member of the LGBTQIA+ community. Our approach is aimed at dispute resolution and de-escalation where possible.
We combine legal experiance with a practical approach to give you confidence to move forward and make your voice heard.
Our LGBT+ desk is also specialised in mediation, an alternate form of dispute resolution which often successfully takes the sting out of the most heated situations.
