Registration of principle legal practice areas

The lawyers listed below have registered the following principal (and secondary) legal practice areas in the Netherlands Bar’s register of legal practice areas:

• P.J.E.M. Nuiten is registered for Insolvency law and Corporate law;
• J. Wijnja is registered for Employment law;
• M.M.E. Bowmer is registered for Insolvency law and Family Law;
• E. Schouten is registered for Employment law;
• M.J. Noteboom is registered for Insolvency law and Employment law;
• M.H.J.A. Wesselink is registered for Insolvency law.
• J.H. Huybens is registered for Insolvency law.

Based on this registration, our lawyers are required to obtain ten training credits (premanent education) per calendar year in each registered principal legal practice area in accordance with the standards set by the Netherlands Bar.
